  1. I worked in banking for 10 years. They got insane bailouts in 2008 for frivolous lending. They used our tax money to give their CEOS massive bonuses despite the crash. It's about time the regular investor gets a piece of the pie.
  2. That makes no sense at all, its already hurting the hedge funds.
  3. GME makes less sense then all of them. WSB is targeting hedge fund short traders. Easy pickins.
  4. Has been snowing lightly all day here. Very wintry
  5. vanguard trading is down and brokers are stopping people from buying GME?!?! The interview just now on CNBC was pure gold go watch now if you haven't.
  6. WSW winds are the only winds allowed. I'm sorry everyone else.
  7. That year featured one of the latest LES events on record
  8. Yeah, it's been very warm all January. This LES season will likely extend late into Feb. In 2007 if Erie didn't freeze up we would of had 100" totals as well. Even Orchard Park had 3' during that event. East Aurora had the highest total off erie at 42" Off Lk. Erie... (nearly all fell Feb 3-5). East Aurora............42 inches Orchard Park......... 36 inches Boston............. 26 inches Warsaw........... 24 inches Dunkirk............ 18 inches West Seneca........ 12 inches
  9. I don't think so. Lake Erie hasn't even begun to start freezing yet. This weekend might start the process though. Still no ice at all along the edges. We have at least 3-4 weeks before it gets above 50% frozen.
  10. What type of bubble are you thinking? I see stocks going up for awhile as we recover from covid. I think the real correction is 2-3 years from now minimum. 2020/1st half of 2021 featured lockdowns that severely impacted businesses and their reporting/numbers. Those numbers will likely skyrocket with gov't money and people leaving homes again. Lots of good data will be coming out.
  11. Looks like we get a little -EPO at end of GEFS. I kind of like February for snowfall. Usually ninas feature pretty warm Feb/March. But this Nina has weakened a lot and I don't think it behaves like one.
  12. Those kuchera maps are a joke with next system, temps are pretty marginal. I'd go slightly higher than the 1:10 map. Maybe 1:12-1:15
  13. Analogs for next system http://www.eas.slu.edu/CIPS/ANALOG/DFHR.php?reg=EC&fhr=F132&rundt=2021012612&map=thbCOOP72
  14. These Rochester peeps have no idea what it's like to be in a real LES band. We gotta get them chasing, they're missing out.
