81 in senoia ga, 80 in Myrtle Beach. Not gonna lie, nice day on the beach in Myrtle.

73 degrees already before noon ... meanwhile up north getting ready for more snow. Well I guess we will be enjoying the beach today visiting family in Myrtle Beach. Merry Christmas everyone!

Had a high of 71 yesterday. Rain and wind overnight. Sitting at 40 right now with gusty winds. I am not so sure we get into the teens overnight if the wind continues. Winter is back for a couple days.

Its December 14th, stop complaining if the forecast bust low. Be happy a snowfall happened this early. Its been MANY years this has happened.

What a cold and miserable week we have had. If it's gonna be cold, at least dump some snow. Raining again this morning, 40 degrees.

Just picked up a half inch of rain so far with the 1st line moving through. Hoping for more later in the day with the 2nd round of T-storms. Much needed precip here. So ironically I am going back to work after being retired for 2 years. Outdoor work, and looks like rain the whole 1st week I start. Hasn't rained here for 4 mos. I might be retired again quickly.

Cant believe how warm it was the last week. 83 yesterday, and muggy. Felt like the begining of September. As usual, we are still lacking in the rain dept. Half inch for the month. Today should be a beautiful with less humidity and a high temp of 75. I have to admit, I am enjoying outdoor activities with this warmth.

So warm and dry. This is NOT good. Yes its NWS...so they cant be counted on these days. We are still in drought conditions in my area so I really hope we get some much needed precip this winter.

That's interesting. We got down to 26, yet the ground did not freeze. I'm ok with that, as we have lots of flowers that survived.

We hit a low of 26 here south of ATL. Another cool day today, with mid 70's expected the rest of the week.

2 hours ago, we were at 30. It's up to 32 now. Strange.

Low of 34 this morning, and breezy. Not too bad. Tomorrow morning though looking frigid with a low of 22. I am wondering if we actually get that low.

I do think the drought has accelerated the leaf change in addition to the cooler fall so far. My Bermuda grass has gone dormant earlier too
