Thanks. Yeah I was hoping the airport had a big paved area, but it looks like grass. Will have 2 dogs with us, so kind of want an area not right down town.
I'm wondering if random people and parking lots will have like "eclipse parking $10", just get up there early and grill and chill until the event
Think Island Pond/Brighton will be busy? Staying at the camp which is a 2 hour drive to there, but I don't want to deal with 93 and the notch, then a slog up to Colebrook. I have a feeling that's where everyone in MA is heading.

Correctamundo. That is exactly my plan. Already took the plow off the yard donkey and she ain't going back on.
But hopefully tree and utility line damage far and wide for all to enjoy and remember, with no risk of dangerous cold after the storm.
Pretty wild ice on top of Wachu today, 2 days later even. Not much at the base lodge but the top was porked, with damage. Heard another hiker say to his buddy "I've seen rime ice, but it's nothing like this, looks like a bunch of giant dildos" lol.
Supposedly it's still pretty neat with cloud cover, like all of a sudden it gets pitch black like night. I'll be up in NNH too, but I'm not sure where to go.
Line was kind of a bust here. Couple gusts and flurries.
Headed up to Swift Diamond Riders on Friday morning, looks like it'll be great riding up there.
It's more the charging times and cold weather performance. Could be a lot further along if the FF industry didn't try and kill everything over the years.
