  1. Damn, that's crazy, and sucks. I've heard snowmobile theft is a big thing up in Canada, hence the DESS key invention I suppose, but taking a whole trailer is bold.
  2. Is Saturday a region wide torch day through to Montreal? 50 in the White mountains
  3. With that level of snow pack and the Christmas Lights still hanging, I thought I was looking at Coös County for a second.
  4. This is why although noreaster's are fun, it's often feast or famine and many are left disappointed. MegaSWFEs like we had in JAN are our best events because it was snow all the way to Canada, with nice consistent accumulations. They also seem to stack dendrites better over a huge area, and often are longer duration.
  5. Let's keep it cold and snow thru the end of March, then right to 70s in April.
  6. Yeah why is no one using the Google weather model anymore?
  7. Yeah that's questionable. So one or 2 towns get in a band that to gives 18", but everyone else is 8"? Next time, most people won't believe it. That's not good because in meteorology being believable is paramount, I would think.
  8. Hardly even snowing here lol. What a bust when I was forecasted for up to 2' lol.
  9. How much? Maybe 6" here. Snowing, but it was heavier earlier.
  10. That's how it will play out. Always go with the model that show's the least amount of snow, as it's usually correct, based on past history. Especially a global.
  11. Love it, but you don't think LBSE a bit of where you show it?
  12. Head up to the airport to get some good gusts. Wide open up there.
  13. The issue is they're all cutting back. Plus the closer in we get to go time, each model run is is more accurate than the last. It's not like having a bad run 5 days before the storm. It's supposed to start snowing in 24 hrs.
  14. How is/was that possible? I mean yeah it was a lot of snow, but it was 1978 not 1888. They still had plenty of big trucks with plows, and salt.
  15. It's poundage right now, but doesn't seem like it'll last.
  16. Let's keep small trends NW until go time. Pass over Chatham. People move to the Cape for no snow, so let them have rain.
  17. At this point, just gotta keep things from trending SE. That MegaSWFE in JAN didn't start tending north until there was only a couple days to go. We just don't know.
