15-min storm/downpour Monday 10:30pm.
My low-balling gage says 0.10". Best rains consistently have been to my N&E for the last few rounds, with last Friday's "tornado warning" storm possibly the lone exception.
Showers to the immediate west have really fizzled last few hours. Maybe they refire later?
I'm only watching radar bcuz of an outside band job early this evening in Shady Side.
Certainly nothing approaching tornadic in Columbia where I am but a bona fide gully washer with good lightning thunder and wind gusts. The open space next to my property is about 1/3 pond now. Some slight brightening of skies to the SW and W.
Really not looking all that terrible for Balto area IMO. Still iffy but trend seems to be a bit less rainfall, at least far from a weekend washout at this point.
I have an outside band job 2 weeks from today. Hopefully the wet weekend pattern changes by then.
Morning low 51. At 55 approaching 11am with sun just poking through now.
