  1. Tried looking at the triple conjunction- clouds. Mostly sunny and mostly clear forecast and nothing but clouds all day. Wtf.
  2. I'm worried the SSW event is going to screw us in February, and instead of much above normal temps we end up with record 33F rain.
  3. Was suppose to be like last winter the analogs aren't worth a damn. Take away the one December lucky storm this would be on par with the chilly wet miserable winter of 2012.
  4. At a parents independant living it's always 80F+, I need to go outside to cool off every hour or I start to dessicate and fear getting a shrunken head like the guy on Beetlejuice's couch. I'm stuck between the cold and hot people.
  5. I go out with thermals and two pair of wool socks, sherpa hoodies etc. and I freeze, I will have to move to the equator
  6. The SSW did it's thing already as Beijing recorded a -3.3F it's lowest temperature since 1966
  7. It will be too late because while you were napping they made fresh tracks in your pristine freshly fallen snowy landscape.
  8. There is no way out you have a permanent condition sorry
  9. The 15th is an excellent date to cancel/continue winter
  10. If it's going to be cold and dry now then I want early spring warmth after groundhog day.
  11. Hard to say if this is a suppression issue or bad timing with the northern stream. We all about needing good timing like what happened in December.
  12. Even famartin the legend gets a greenskeeper weenie lol Let's hope he got kraut and the good spicy mustard
  13. Euro is bi polar projecting potential snow storm and then nothing every 12 hour cycle
  14. Euro went from disasta to epic unexpectedly
  15. Euro clones the mid December storm in fantasy land eh
  16. Last year I successfully jumped on my Jan 15th winter cancel date, year before I held and that worked out. Ten days away.
  17. After the SECS I said guidance was promising for the holiday period through early January. Here we are and now it's the second half of January, been here done that.
  18. UKMET has a snowy Friday-Sat, but I can understand if you don't count crazy uncle.
  19. You could fit the actual moon between the low placement on the Ukie and ECM this Friday at only 96hrs out. This is something new and will have to be edited into the weenie handbook.
  20. Panic Room is about to get as busy as a Philly Wal Mart bread & milk run before a blizzard.
  21. 800 mile placement difference between the UKMET and ECM at 96hrs
