Maybe turning the corner in the pattern the level of chill arriving for the weekend and early next week has moderated by 5F. Trough not digging quite as deep. Plus todays cloudy outlook is seeing a decent amount of sun.

A new round of BB hail with some pea size mixed in, somewhat larger blue pixels on radar. Almost looks like it's snowing.
