    This came out of nowhere, as in all recent discussions I have seen have said there was no SSW event evident for the next three weeks. This would bring hard core winter the second half of January.

    It's about the same visibility of the blizzard in Buffalo, so we have that going for us

    That is not a great look with the Pacific flooding North America, best you can do with that is a thread the needle or mixed event with Polar Pacific origin air masses.

    Snow in Kuwait, add that to Miami. Like the Wiggum rule there is another one that says when we are down and out with snow nature has to kick us in the nuts watching tropical climates get white.
