    Syracuse has seen only 17 inches so far which is way below normal. There hasn't been a lot of cold air around.

    Trusting the long range for any type of weather isn't a good idea. People keep bringing up the stupid ssw and get excited. That never works out well for our area. The pacific rules over everything If that even happens
