  1. I hit 35 last night and awoke this morning to near-zero visibility fog. Now full sun and 62. Looking forward to this potent little cold front sweeping through this evening and then the lake effect machine kicks on briefly for our friends in NW PA. Nothing too crazy but someone up there will pop six inches (no dirty jokes).
  2. Feeling great over here in West Hempfield! My wife and I both got Covid last November (very mild for both of us) and in the year since haven’t had so much as a sniffle. Nothing at all, and that’s with us going to countless gatherings/shindigs, bars/restaurants, large events, you name it…..everything. That natural immunity is strooooooooong. But in all seriousness, sending my best to @Itstrainingtime and @Voyager and anyone else feeling under the weather. We’ll need everyone at full speed as we hit peak tracking season in the months to come. Get well friends!
  3. Corry, PA up in Erie County has 12 inches of snow on the ground. That is all. Good day. #WinterIsComing
  4. Looks like right about an inch on the nose for me. Last call if anyone wants my Penn State - Michigan tickets, dropping the price to $80!
  5. This is accurate. They will hone in on Dotson, shut down the run, and let loose on Clifford. On offense they will run the ball effectively enough to control the game flow. I was at the Maryland game and outside of a few big plays it was more of the same old same old, just meh. As always, I hope to be wrong on all of this ha. Notably, my Michigan tickets for this weekend still haven't sold. The wife is making me go to a wedding of a coworker. I just lowered them to $110 a piece, great value. Section WFU, roughly 40 yard line type view. Feel free to DM me if any of you are interested.
  6. The national high temp failed to reach 90 yesterday for likely the first time since last winter. We're getting close folks.
  7. It can be a different world sometimes when you're traveling westbound and come up out of that tunnel into Somerset County, leaving behind the lowlands and all.
  8. Ain't nowhere like the Tug Hill Plateau. Ain't.
  9. Low of 26 and heavy frost. LSR from yesterday morning says Bradford got an inch of snow. Let's do this.
  10. After the great thaw, I can report .03" rain from yesterday.
  11. Low of 28 with a heavy frost this morning. I have to let the gauge thaw out before I can get an official reading on yesterday's rain ha.
  12. Yep, the story of the year in college football, really.
  13. Well they sure covered all their bases didn't they!?
  14. I hit 38 last night. Looking forward to reaching the freezing mark the next couple of nights and perhaps seeing a bit of frost in the mornings. This weekend is looking pretty uneventful.
  15. Thanks, yes I remember that well ha. Anyone who's been have any advice for best lot to tailgate in that doesn't require a season pass or advanced parking pass?
  16. Weekend summary: 1.8" Fri - 1.6" Sat - .09" Sun - .11" My monthly total was 3.79" on 15 days with recorded precip. MDT officially sets record for warmest October on record. Looking forward to these chilly nights upcoming. National low last night was -1 at White Sulphur Springs, MT. #WinterIsComing
  17. As a lifelong Packers fan I can confirm that this is the one and only correct answer haha.
  18. Yes the boys played hard. For the most part it was a very competitive game. I will eat my share of crow. However, the lack of any semblance of a functioning Oline and running game as a consistent theme this far into Franklin’s tenure is still completely unacceptable. But let’s see what they can make of the rest of the season. I’ll be at Maryland next week with some buddies for our annual road game trip.
  19. They are beastly. Certainly putting themselves in the conversation.
  20. I caved this year but then again I have a baby and a pregnant wife sooooo….
  21. 1.6” total here. Wow you had over 200 trick or treaters in that mess!? Ours was a shell of itself, which also may have been party due to some neighborhood people trying to replan it at the last minute for sunday night. I was shocked to see the kids we did, which was maybe 30 all night, and hooked them up with extra candy for their efforts.
  22. A low of 50 and .05" of rain. The main soaking around here looks to come right during trick or treat hours. Fun.
  23. Sadly, I couldn't agree more. Just feels like one of those spots where two teams going in opposite directions collide and it resembles a bug/windshield scenario. Also, as you and @canderson mentioned, Franklin seemed completely out of it at his weekly press conference, saying the big house when he meant the shoe and referring on several occasions to Illinois instead of OSU. These are things he never does, always so buttoned up and polished. To me, it is very telling. I foresee a bloodbath but I would saw off my own arm to be wrong.
