  1. Just had the boy out in the yard for a while. A perfect day for doing some outdoor work. Looks like a couple of spotty chances for storms throughout the week.
  2. .04" of rain yesterday and a whole lot of sweating. Just a brutal day to be in a suit all day, as we laid my wife's father to rest. Feels much better this morning.
  3. Low of 78. Yuck. Have to be in a suit all day, not fun.
  4. 92 down here at noon but dews still not too bad.
  5. High of 95. But honestly, these recent 90+ days haven’t felt all that bad.
  6. My precip the last few days: Sat - .23" Sun - .18" Mon - .01" July total thus far: 2.43" My posting has been limited and will likely continue to be for a bit longer, as my wife's father passed away this past weekend. Not totally unexpected but still felt sudden, if that makes sense. He was only in his early 60s but had a number of serious health ailments. Still much too soon. Anyway, enjoy the heat fellas and hug your fathers if you're still lucky enough to have one.
  7. I topped out at 89. Was on the river most of the day though. Maiden voyage for the new ride. Couldn’t have been a better day. Impossible, really.
  8. Haha that’s a whole other ballgame. We’re only working with 90hp so we won’t be hitting 70 anytime soon! Was hoping to sleep in a bit today but the toddler had me up at the butt crack of dawn ugh.
  9. It’s actually our first time out so I’ll let you know how it goes ha. The wife and I bought her parents’ pontoon — a nice 20 footer that they kept in great shape. Looking forward to breaking her in tomorrow!
  10. A high of 88. Heading out on the boat tomorrow, should be a perfect day for it.
  11. Haha yes big indeed but I can't complain, have been scoring more than most the last couple of weeks. Man your O's are turning some heads, only 8 wins behind last year's season total!
  12. A high of 92 here and a couple hundredths of an inch of rain.
  13. 86 for the high here. Nice day. Can’t believe Heinz Field is no more. Sad. As long as they don’t touch Lambeau.
  14. It's unreal how strong the division is. As for weather, I'm not expecting much in the way of rain tomorrow, perhaps a quick hitter storm but many places will be left dry. Low of 60 here. Beautiful week to get out on the river.
  15. Not useless at all, love stuff like this. They were serving up the tomato slices thick and juicy last night! Thank god for the fella running barrel tractor rides for the kids to keep them entertained. At a dollar a ride he was making out like a bandit though haha.
  16. I’ve been making the trek up 11/15 my whole life, as a good portion of my family are from the Sunbury and Northumberland area.
  17. Low of 60 here and a two-day rain total of .08”. Had the family at the Tomato Festival in Washington Boro last evening. A splendid day on tap, portending what appears to be a very dry period developing.
  18. Saw that, very strange little feature. Looks like about .07” here.
  19. That's remarkable. Perhaps my professor was talking about Miami Beach, which actually has a POR going back further than MIA's and from doing a quick scan appears to indeed have never gone below 32 or above 100. In fact, it has never hit 99 at Miami Beach. Semantics, but general point about seasonality remains.
