    Personally 93/94 was my favorite. It just never let up. We had snow/ice every few days with bone chilling cold. Amazing winter. We had to go to school the last two months an hour early to make up the time missed. If that happened now I think the school would just say “nah, no need to make it up”.

    Yes! I tell people that all the time. 83 I was 5 years old and remember it vividly. Then a 10 year break before the super storm which mixed with sleet and screwed me

    Soon time for Isotherm to crush any remaining dreams . If he goes well below normal for his forecast we are doomed. Hopefully he sees some blocking setting up periodically that gives us glimmers of hope.

    If you get mild in January you get cloudy foggy crap. The only way we get sunny days in January is with cold Canadian high pressures. Warm winters equal dreary days

    Does the low in Arizona screw with the ridge out west and thus not let the trough in the east go further south? This is just looking at new run.

    80's were terrible for NW of Philly guys. Boring other than 83 which I was 5 years old. I do remember it . Funny how snow lovers loved snow even at a very young age

    It is insane that some schools are not back in person. My kids have been going since late August and we have had no issues. I am also in Pennsylvania
