I will do my formal observation here that we have a nice coating on the grassy areas, and bands have been moving in then getting shredded by that dry air. I’m really on the edge here… but some nice January weather regardless. 32 here.

Seeing if any of it makes it into E CT

Wagons west. Soon Kev will claim 4 to 6 to the Ct River.

I’ll take a dusting to an 1” for the win!

Euro was pretty nice up north too. Ski trip saved?

Was really surprised after our last rain storm on well man made snow held up  at Wachusett and conditions were not too bad….Got to assume they have made more snow since then and will be able to make snow this weekend as conditions allow

One thing i've been noticing, Is the lead northern stream s/w is getting a few tics further east before it phases with the southern s/w which has allowed the surface low to track into BGM and then VT instead of Ontario, Were starting to also see the cold air sinking a little more south with some front end snows starting to show up in more areas, Something to continue to watch as we get closer, That's usually the time when models start picking up on the colder air, 12z Euro shows it as well.

Euro seems to give everyone some snow on the back side
