  1. Looks like all higher elevations around here that get the rain; any sort of enhancement?
  2. Same here, surprisingly only .002 yesterday with heavy rain just to me west and south
  3. Pretty wet in parts of C CT up into W MA with 3-5” amounts since Friday
  4. Ginx had been under that line for a little bit; hearing it just to my south.

  6. Nice recap, here’s my limited experience Gloria 85 - Remember many trees down, no school for a few days Bob 91 - was working in Rhinebeck NY, not much there, mostly SE Mass Storm. Irene 11 - some tree damage in NE CT, power down for 4 days. Sandy- lost power for 4 days in NE CT, some limbs down Matthew - First S FL Hurricane, 5” of rain, some palm frawns down, power down for 36 hrs Irma - 7” of rain, power down for 4 hours (FL&P flocking rocks) Dorian - That monster Sat 75 miles to my east in the Bahamas, ready to send the family north to safety. Michael - Pan Handle work recovery, got to experience true CAT 5 aftermaths, breathtakingly sad and amazing. Ian - fringed but still got 5” of rain and r plenty of yard debris. Peace out of FL after that

  13. Any good historical temp sites to look back at the first two weeks of Sept say from 78-90 to see how it compares to this weeks heat? Just curious; I think so many are acclimated to AC in our cars and houses now vs then….
  14. 94F here, don’t think I will beat the 97F I had in April. We drop below 70 again so nothing FL like….A couple of warm days

  17. 88 here, heatwave broken? The unlike FL dews make it feel comfortable with a breeze.
