Of course not, but some here seem to expect it.. or think it's normal. In all the years I've been observing SNE weather, one thing I've learned is to never expect any meaningful snow before Christmas. If it happens great, but it isn't normal. Most of the very best winters I've ever seen started after Christmas time in general.

Been a F.M fan since 1977. She will be missed! We just saw Stevie Nicks in Mansfield several weeks back. We figure she doesn't have that long left... at least to tour either. She can still rock at 74 years old! The show was FAR better than expected

Shocker is right. Everyone here should realize the models esp. long range will read like a different novel every run in a pattern like this. We probably won't see something coming 'til it's inside of 5 days

IIRC that seemed to be the storm/winter that got us out of our 80s doldrums. I remember it shut Christmas tree farms down in my area because of the accumulation and heavy drifting.

Considered personally..no. I did however I just see this near a customers house in Simsbury a few days ago. First time I've seen it done at a private residence. It looked awesome
