    I have no use for the sun in the morning... but love it late in the day. When I wake up to sunlight I feel I've overslept and it screws with me the whole day

    Unfortunately with my job I had to have surgical repair. Problem is they'll never heal themselves and I wanted as much strength back as possible. I put it off for a couple years and that was a huge mistake...made recovery on my left side painful as FUC. When my right side tore I had it done within a couple months and recovery was SO much easier, like by a factor of a thousand!

    My left and right rotator cuffs agree 100 percent! A skilled physical therapist is woth their weight in gold... IF you do as they say

    Well said. I can't remember a time when we've had such a large number of spineless, weak, bought and paid for excuses of world "leaders". It's really shocking, moreso that so many are surprised Putin took this action now. The weakness being baked into so many governments is crazy

    Just switched from freezing drizzle back to light snow here...just finished snow blowing. 6.5 inches here before the changeover earlier. Very meaty snow

    We went from s+ in Westfield to flurries within minutes. 6 inches exactly here in my driveway. I wonder what that elusive Coastal component will do later...
