  1. Lamar owns the Bengals. I think its 6-1 now? Fortunately their coach is probably the only coach dumber than Harbaugh. They went for it on 4th down a lot, with terrible plays and also the 2pt try didn't make much sense. I wouldn't mind rematching them or Denver.
  2. Yours made a big difference in the play and prevented the QB from making a play. Totally agree it was a terrible call. The two that TNF was harping on regarding Burrow were touches after he had made a play or didn't affect him from making a play. If we start reviewing every play, there will be a flag on every play. The amount of holding by OLs is ridiculous. There is also a ton of false starts not being called (especially by the Chiefs). I felt the Ravens got away with one or two as well last night. At this point, its what the NFL wants. They have the money and structure to fix it, they choose not to.
  3. I mulched 6 barrels of leaves. Disgustingly hot while wearing respirator, glasses and earplugs. Leaf dust stuck to my sweaty arms and legs. At least the dry leaves mulch really well.
  4. In the world? Yes :). In the DC metro... outlook looks hazy. Ask again in Feb.
  5. Shorts and tshirt weather in Deep Creek. Feels like a summer day with some humidity. Bleh.
  6. Gut feeling is the lows are warmer than normal. I dont remember a ton of super hot days but it feels like it never really cools off at night.
  7. I did leaves today and it was disgusting. Shorts and tshirt, leaf dust clinging to my sweaty body. The only good thing was how dry the leaves are... they mulch really well.
  8. https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/news/2024/10/28/faa-air-traffic-control-weather-safety-risk/75900358007/ Any inside insight on this from our local nws peeps?
  9. Yikes.. I took a look in the main tropical forum and some of those comments/people are just... not healthy?
  10. Cloudy and humid af in ellicott city.
  11. Its too hot out, bring back the clouds and rain.
  12. I need more than dry. I need sun. Dry doesnt nessecarily mean sun.
  13. It wasn't that long ago! We had a similar crap pattern back in May.
  14. Woke up to yet another cloudy, misting, raining day....
  15. Rained all day in Deep Creek today. I know I know, we need the rain, but I'm done with this week+ of dreary weather. I feel like something similar happened in the spring, which cancelled a week+ of softball then and did it again this past week.
  16. You there for the festival? I was thinking about going but never pulled the trigger. Hope the rest of the weekend is dry and fun!
  17. lol, the Theme of 2024... The pattern/feature we are looking for is always just 7-10 days away!
  18. Wow, thats dry! We had 5 minutes of heavy rain and that was it. Sun is back out making for a nice evening sunset. Lake is definitely on the low side.
  19. No joke. Daughter's fall softball league feels more like a summer league at this point. September is an extension of summer. Made it out to Deep Creek this afternoon and its soupy out here. Thunderstorm just rolled through.
  20. Whatever model that had hoco in the screwzone won. Drove to dc and back, 295 was dry both ways.
  21. We were there too! Was a fun time! I was 4 when my parents took me to the Born in the USA tour at Capital Centre. I actually remember being up in the nosebleeds and the feeling of the bass within my body haha. Glad hes still got it after all these years.
  22. Just in time for my house painters to start haha. At least next week looks clear. The people that live in the shallow coves just need to deal with the fact they live in a shallow cove. I think the lake level is only a couple inches below the lower rule band right now.
  23. Barely a couple drops in HoCo but enough thunder and lightning to cancel sports practice
  24. You just lived through the most humid summer on record - The Washington Post This analysis backed up my observations this summer. Even out in the MD mountains it was humid.
