Not sure your price range but theres a lake front place two doors down from me on the market for 1.8M. Garrett county roads are usually clear right after the snow ends, even the side streets.
I'm oiling up my jebman shovels as we speak. Latest euro didn't have that warm area that GFS was showing. I'm assuming that happens from the primary low bringing up warm air prior to the coastal taking over?
This is potentially my first big storm out west (missed dec'20). What are we looking for as good/bad? I see there is a sharp cutoff in amounts as you head west into north wva, does warm sector form out there? How much you thinking for the mountains?
Probably the worst start to local ski season I can remember. Not only is it too warm to make snow, the holiday week forecast is off and on rain all week. Big hit to the ski economy. Also feel for those who rented a place expecting a ski getaway.
