most people don't care if it snows after mid-late February, "winter" or not. It's onto warm season things. Winter cancel can be applied this year since the portion of winter anyone cared about is toast

my official call from October was 35-50" BOS, 55-70" ORH, average to hedging slightly above, and don't feel bad at this point. ot but we'll see what happens with the interesting totals and winners/losers so far

My dad was an army officer the time, got the call... the pictures of him on the front end loaders and the snow were ridiculous. -
wow, that really sucks, i can't imagine that feeling. For me 19-20 is ending as perhaps the greatest winter of the century, or most likely making the top 5 barring any more sustained deep winter

On average....but it's unlikely this winter, at least for some areas. Wouldn't rule it out either.
