  1. It's pretty amazing how warm the east is, and I do not mean the E US
  2. Ah, had no idea dee dee was short for deidra
  3. that almost seemed faked...you'd think someone with a communications background has seen, or can say the name Dea-dra
  4. Germany is awesome wx-wise, and terrain.. though yeah pass on the UK
  5. weenie range 18z gfs has a near all-timer for much of NE, haha
  6. I'll be watching the winter weenie ship safely from shore...will not rescue
  7. next year in March will be my first time in the UK, and all the talk is getting me excited. PDC premier league darts in Liverpool is on my bucket list
  8. It is met Spring in two weeks, wiz is correct. A colder or snowy pattern would probably be tied to transitioning into a more blocky Spring look anyway
  9. not a bad look for the end of winter, I actually agree. But obviously does not guarantee anything
  10. I prefer and want warm temps and there is nothing wrong with that ...unless you feel the need to control every little thing around you, including the message. I don't get down when it's cold and snowy (or vice-versa) and would hope others dont either, but that's their choice
  11. I am happy if it is 90 or 0. we all have wx preferences... being a popular opinion or always hyping stuff for forum likeability and standing is not in my future though.
  12. 18z gfs op has a more blocky and dare I say wintry look in la-la land. You can see the hugely ++++nao and ao start to break down and an Azores high develop. Also the east Pac and west coast isn't terrible looking.
  13. happiness of well-balanced person is not determined by a temp and dew points. I know, it is pretty shocking
  14. Right..I am near or south of that line and it isn't that bad. A couple snows away from respectable and near avg.
  15. outdoor enthusiasts, landscapers, gardening, frisbee, golf, that type of stuff. You know, things that bring peace and happiness.
  16. Near perfect look for late February. Everyone is excited
  17. 60's next week on the euro? 70's mid atlantic?
  18. Gorgeous! Sunday through Tuesday... Warmer SW flow returns late Saturday and Sunday ahead of our next shortwave, bringing much milder air back into the region. This will be reinforced even more on Monday/Tuesday ahead of a stronger approaching low pressure system for Tuesday. Highs will be back in the upper 30s and 40s each day, with potential to approach 50 degrees Monday or Tuesday depending on the speed of the incoming low. Mainly dry weather persists Sunday and Monday, though a weak cold front may allow for light scattered showers Sunday/Sunday night. Tuesday low pressure passes well to our northwest bringing rain showers back to the region.
