Yep. Nasty training T&L storms. 289mm in my hood. Most of that in about 14hrs. Lots of infrastructure damage. -

Looks like 90's are confined to northern Quebec and southern Labrador. This over the top heat the new normal? Our weather is whacked..lol

34.5c (94.1f) high today. Blistering hot for this area and this time of year. We need the shit week up here. The province is a tinderbox. You look at a twig the wrong way and it will burst into flames. Not a good scene.

The seasonal trends during the winter were very frustrating. Now the same trends are working in our favor. Reversal of fortunes.

90L made landfall this morning over eastern Cape Breton. Sable Island had a wind gust to 68mph as the storm moved by. Not to shabby.

Can we get this thing designated as Subtropical? It will take the sting out of this dumpster fire of a winter if i can get hit with a landfalling tropical system in fuking January.
