  1. We don't all get free electricity like you
  2. The Sun is already a beast this time of year. Unless it's windy and cloudy even a high of 40 feels good in full Sun.
  3. 36 degrees here right now, feels good honestly lol
  4. It's amazing there are any trees at all on this planet with all these damned pests. I had a 60 year old Ash tree with a beautiful crown get wrecked by the Emerald Ash Borer. Imagine paying a few thousand dollars to remove a tree you never wanted removed to begin because of something the size of a freakin dime.
  5. I am not ready to take that bet lol Gun to head if you ask me blindly what the deparrtures would be for any time period in the future I always go positive.
  6. Yea this loop is deep into fantasy land, local weather is fickle around here in spring.
  7. Nice info here for the climate change denialists, It's a high temp, not a low, and it's in the middle of nowhere, not an urban location. Look at all those years, all from the very recent past.
  8. I'd rather have hot and dry and breezy than ultra high dewpoints and a dead wind. But a 75/45 day, nothing beats that!
  9. Thank god, I love cool days. I hope the cooler SSTs last as long as possible
  10. It's been insisting for several runs now
  11. You're in a great spot for huge diurnal temp changes in spring.
  12. Meanwhile NAM has highs in the 30s for Thursday.
  13. There was 30 to 40 inches in Queens I think.
  14. It might flirt with freezing again, but it's a good chance yesterday was it.
  15. I think 45 to 55 inches IS our new normal. Warmer world = more atmospheric moisture = more rain for this part of the world, aka eastern US.
  16. I just saw a flock of geese flying north. It's over
  17. Anyone know how the precip deficit map was created/came from? It's gorgeous
  18. DCA average is really bad. That would be like one of our worst seasons, which is what I consider 12 inches.
  19. Even NYC's average low until like 4 days ago was still freezing or below. And they're by far the warmest spot in the area. What were you expecting?
  20. It's crazy that we just had 2 inches of rain and there are wildfires igniting. Humidity levels are super important.
  21. On radar it looks like it's south of Riverhead
  22. I have to say this is a very good post and exactly reflects my thoughts that I have been sharing to others. The message isn't usually received positively lol
  23. Not just more likely, it's like 99% of people. Walk/drive around at 4AM and see how dead it is.
  24. The 80s were good for the Mid Atlantic indeed. Cold but not very snowy here. The clipper has become like the white tiger, exceedingly rare.
