  1. Anvil cloud over baltimore is pretty spectacular from my house
  2. D.C and Baltimore's latest snowfall was both on April 28, 1898, where 0.5'' of snow fell in DC, and 0.1'' fell in Baltimore. On August 19, the sun will be at the same strength as it is on April 28 of any year.

  12. This severe threat is whack. Thank god i didn't decided to chase this garbage and end up with light drizzle from an orphaned anvil.
  13. It does. Extrapolating the average temp chart for my area peaks in mid-late July

  18. Coming soon: NAO- anyone? After being in a positive phase from late november to early march, the NAO has finally turned to negative.
  19. It was definitely pathetic yesterday, all this heat for a whole week and it ends with my yard getting shafted as I came home from state college.
  20. I think the rain today is done with for my area and NW after 3 PM based on radar OBS. Yes it is moving parallel to me but it has the slight SE push to it. SE MD might not be out of the action until late tonight.
  21. Nailed by lightning near Lancaster PA earlier coming home. Saw tons of it and towers were huge.
