  1. this is def one of those storms where we are gonna see some extreme amped nw nam runs
  2. the extremely well advertised western troughing and bermuda high are classic left turn blinkers
  3. marginal temps and heavy precip rates say take the under on 1.5" of ice
  4. i remember a time when 996 over the AR/MO border would be exciting
  5. pulls off the elusive rainer / miss south combo, nice sticking with my final call tho
  6. solid 30 degree thermal gradient over LOT on the ICON
  7. still looks good for wisconsin, especially madison and nw
  8. AGW strikes again on the plus side, it's a fresh year and we can start chasing the wettest all time record again!

  11. yeah i don't see how there is any way we avoid that, those early GFS ice runs were lol
  12. I don't think the slp ever wraps up and develops a nice defo like you want to see from a cutter and the initial slug of WAA precip as the trough ejects is going to be rain here
