It does. It won't handle the gross plow-ins, but fresh snow, no issue.
We've gotten about another half foot since I was out there at 9:30, so maybe a foot total or so thus far? Truly eyeballing it; I live on top of a hill and the wind is always rolling during these storms.
FWIW down here, solely from my own anecdotal experience, it has hints of January 2016 and March 6, 2018 to my eye.
Just our normal insane 2000s coastal low that stays all snow and dumps 18”+. ::screams internally::
The rescue had a many huskies there on Saturday. Hopefully they found a home and could go nuts in this weather.
Our guy being from Georgia was less... appreciative of the conditions.
Also, storm wise, we're at least over a half foot @MMU. It seems like it's beginning to rotate right in from the water. I think we're likely to see 18" here.
Yea, we think he's got some Catahoola in him, but I think they're with spots, and he has more of a coat. Whatever it may be, it seems like beagle, hound, maybe some setter and Catahoola-ish going on.
We just welcomed home someone new yesterday from Eleventh Hour Rescue straight from Georgia. I assume, from my scientific analysis, that welcoming a new dog means MMU is good for at least 18”? .
Sounds like a lot of rescues up here get them from the South because of what you said. Also... this weekend is my classic wintertime deep scientific analytical breakdown between buying a new snowblower and getting a new dog fighting it out like air masses. .
We got the call from eleventh hour rescue in Succasunna on Friday evening, that he was coming up from Georgia. Suffice it to say, he will be getting a dog sweater. Will post a picture as soon as the app allows! .
