  1. Never thought I would say this but wouldn't mind some rain. Sick of watering. Barring some big change looks like May will be a couple inches below average for May in central Mass and dry in the future.
  2. Smallies are getting ready to do the deed. All the cold mornings have beds deeper than I've ever seen. Lots on 10-15'. Any tapering points with a hard bottom had fish stacked on them in 15-30' yesterday.
  3. If it is well above 7 then spreading ammonium sulfate or sulfur-urea are decent and also help out nitrogen levels prior to seeding. A lot less work too. I wouldn't seed right after putting down given the fast release N might be too much for seedlings. https://www.seedworldusa.com/products/ammonium-sulfate-21-0-0-granular-fertilizer-50-lbs?variant=35959584977&currency=USD&utm_campaign=gs-2018-11-14&utm_source=google&utm_medium=smart_campaign&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIy6CX0ZrF6QIVA9vACh0dbADBEAQYBCABEgJ8YPD_BwE
  4. Looks like a pretty sharp cut-off south of the pike for any precip on every model.
  5. Wouldn't mind some rain. Looking at about an inch since May 2nd.
  6. Trying to level areas or just topdress? What and how much did you put down when? What do you want to do for weed control/what issues do you have?
  7. Yup, and only tow vehicles, trailers, and boats with Mass registration. A lot of guys in NH and CT are not happy. When I can steal a neighbor's for the day I'll let you know.
  8. Lots of lines and rabbit holes many a yellow license plate has gotten into trouble on lol
  9. I don't know who is worse. Him or Jason Aldean in terms of pandering. NSFW but check out Bo Burnham's "country song."
  10. Tough day out there today. Thought we would smoke them as the water is in the upper 50s, clouds, no wind. I went through a whole bag of jig trailers since every hookset would send a 1/4oz or 3/8oz back at my face and a single claw missing. Just wouldn't eat it. Ended up with 8-10 largemouth (nothing over 2 lbs,) on the finesse worm or 3.5" swimbait and about 30 slime darts.
  11. Holyoke got hit hard. Gazette headline said two apartment building roofs were ripped off and displaced over 140 people.
  12. Looking more interesting as it heads towards Shutesbury?
  13. That line about to hit Saratoga Springs, damn. Wicked winds.
  14. Still a great path of that one out by DAR across Lower Highland Lake. 82/64, breeze is kicking up.
  15. Those smaller pop-ups should be starting the hour.
  16. On the 1230 PM update, they have also expanded the 5% risk for tornadoes, as far east as Boston and as far south as near MA/RI border and into northern CT. Some mesoscale models have been showing a higher 0-1km helicity than earlier runs in those regions. The basic thinking, though, has not changed. So weenie-ish it comes with fries.
  17. You should camp out in the lighthouse tonight.
  18. That NW corner is going to get rocked. Would love to be on top of Bear Mt to watch it come in, then run like hell down.
