About a 4 mile backup on Rte 100 from I-89 to the North. Unsure what it was from other than heavy peeper traffic- so many white plates. Perhaps it was just Ben and Jerry's traffic.
We were told not to use a phone in a thunderstorm in case the lightning hit the line and electrocuted you, we were told this had happened to Joe Witte (though he obviously survived)

Pouring here in Hyde Park, meanwhile .45 at home has us at 10.76 for the month. Hoping for another slug to get us over 11" on the month, cuz why not at this point. 34.30 since June 1
.70 today and the .17 yesterday brings up over 8 inches on the month. 8.78 so far in August after 15.08 in July and 8.46 in June. (32.32 in less than 3 months)
With 23.86 since the start of July, it means I have averaged 1/2 inch per day for 6 weeks now.
