  2. Do ninas usually favor those that are up and in
  3. Gfs takes the winter gradient North of the Saint Lawrence valley for next few systems
  4. https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/05c0e9af-aa8f-49d8-b696-b88f5508a8d5 monster comeback for many
  5. Who Wouldn’t love another 3” of slush on the CP (if it’s not cold rain )
  6. That was that 25 mile wide death band from SW of BGM to S Central VT to Central NH
  7. This was just a monster storm for interior elevations , looking at the PNS ..what Past storm has been bigger for S VT and Monads ?
  8. More cold rains for the coastal areas , Keep the snows piling up at latitude and elevation , do we need to delude ourself by late March . I had 3 30” chases this year . I will say jaffrey finished with about 30 given PNS all around .
  9. Simply amazing that Mansfield scores 30” i mean lol
  10. One other quick weenie observation as I was watching the W underground precip type Radar around 10pm Monday nite from Jaffrey ..you could see a little blue pixel several miles East of the sharp S/Rain line that coincided with a weenie neighborhood in Hollis that maxes out around 815’ . No question they were buried on that Upper part of that little tiny division . I know most all weenie hills near me . The road is summit lane next to Birch hill.
  11. Yup I went up 101A at 6pm Monday , was rain to about 800’ in west Wilton , and was sticking already at 1400’ by Temple Mountain . I would have been such a happy weenie if my place was high enough to snow that early . Nashua was 40 at that time .
  12. You can see from the QPF map chinook posted that they had about half the QPF in the shadow of mount monadnock as the monads had. They had worse ratios and it took longer to flip there at there lower elevation . My guess is they had to have had 6-8”
  13. That is amazing . Looks like somewhere out west. Straight up f’n Buried
  14. you at like 900’ right I.e higher part of town it’s amazing that like Brookline at 400’ had like 10” or so you could see that 800-850 was like the magic elevation number yesterday . Saw that difference between west End Wilton and Downtown
  15. They have so many more 2k spots than NH that are inhabitable or with Hotels i can’t find anything over 1300’ in S NH even in monads , nobody really lives there or it’s not some tourist spot I spoke to a personal training client that lives at 1100’ in Antrim NH where they got 30” and she said it looks like a war zone wish someone in Washington NH would have reported
  16. If we had social media for the last 80 years and if we had as many elevated real estate at ski resorts There wound be a ton more of these 35-40” burgers at 2300” in S VT history
  17. You are right , by new Ipswich Bennington , next to crotched had 30”
  18. Pretty easy formula . Shift in North to match up with seasonal gradient and watch it happen .
  19. Locked and loaded That fire hose was the real deal
  20. 35” reported 2 miles WNW of Peterborough (Near mount monadanock) 33” Greenville (next to crotched mountain ) Crotched must have 40” at the top Tried to hike miller state park but parking lot had 30” un plowed
  21. They have snow envy . jk I dunno ..When you get several reports at similar elevation above 2k , just accept em and that it is a much different world there and that maybe it’s you didn’t go high enough on your grids there .
  22. Another sloppy snow event in Nashua With temps 32-33 all during snow this has certainly Been the wettest snow consistently of any year another event where south did worse and west at elevation and north and even north east at another 150’ did significantly better . Not complaining per se , just this season has had remarkable consistency to a gradient no matter how much the pattern changed
  23. New Ipswich should be 30” plus now 27” 3 hours ago
