Sun is trying at times here in NW Boston burbs. Did a 3 mile bike ride with my gf’s 8 year old . Ride began with light rain and nastiness and then ended (after a couple store/stops) with breaks of sun and a more humid feeling

I don’t think I would replace engine . Average replacement for Kia Optima is 5k and I owe 5K still , it also has 125K miles as I do 15-18k per year . I would likely just eat the payments over the next two years as they are low (240$) and lease something for 3 years that is dependable , bc I think I could do a new lease for 300 -350 month and then I could swing the double monthly payments for a bit .

Oil light had been off and on for over a week. The car won’t turn over , engine won’t make a peep. No power to Engine . No noise , no clicks . Car electricity will turn on , radio, lights, ac. There was no shaking , stuttering , pinging or any noise prior to the car dying . I gave it more acceleration than usual (But nothing wild ) when I left getting snacks at a store and two hundred yards later the car engine just stopped (quietly ) . At the time engine died the battery , oil and engine light lit up on dashboard then engine died )

Getting it looked at is also nearly impossible today and this weekend , so that’s fun

Car died while driving yesterday . Had no issues with my car (2013 optima ) prior . 125K miles . Had a oil leak apparently and oil was extremely low . A seized engine would be just what I need .

I think it’s going to want to organize / allign itself prior to entering the less favorable East Caribbean (graveyard ) if it’s going to be be more than a TS . So I think the organizational progress next 36 hours is very important and may determine wether the Euro or Gf’s/HWRF is correct

Let’s see if this is has more trouble due to increased difficulty with a tilted / non aligned centers . At its forward speed ..that is something that could undermine it’s development and would cause it to underwhelm.
