  1. I just think If you take the NHC track and move it 100 miles or more SW it’s a non contender . I’ve seen so many storms just get destroyed over The length Hispaniola Mountains then they weaken and usually correct more west and interact w Cuba and then they have no real estate to reorganize unless as a weak system they turn due north ... Not a base case but i think it’s Certainly a decent shot . We’ll see how this corrects next two days
  2. Any more south west and that is eaten up by the big islands
  3. First flakes of the season for NNE above 1500’ End of run (End of Sept)
  4. It’s gonna be warm but outside of a day before the cold front comes thru it looks comfortable to me . Never really could get the the WAR established this summer , mid level ridge centered over TN valley looks warm for a couple days here , warmer the further SW one gets .

  9. I went two years ago . Love it . Every sign on highway said “Salem’s closed “ lol . Got there ..Salem was open . Been there about 3x for Halloween...it’s fun . You can people watch or party or both . Wasn’t that crazy ...it’s not like fantasy fest in key west . Just people dressed up having fun . I parked 1/3 mile away and walked 10 min into the Madness and was easy to leave .
  10. Surf cranking from Cape Ann up thru NH . A bit over head on the sets at the Wall in Hampton . Almost due E swell .
  11. Nice beach day in N Hampton beach . Big surf -water temps 63 manageable
  12. Huge ? 4-5 feet . Maybe that is big for these areas . I have see one of those up here . I recall walking outside thru the student apartment walk way at college in Florida and a couple times I some some large snakes with very sharp diamond coloring and was wondering to myself “I moved to the F’n jungle “ I didn’t know if they were native or someone pet let loose. “

  16. Thanks . I think they are a bit higher than I initially thought . That’s basically about the most snow it seems someone can find at village elevation in New England ...or similar to Jay peak village , which is like 500 feet lower
  17. Nothing too big as he curves E of Bermuda but Exposed South facing Beaches and SE facing will see fun sized swell prob starting Friday lasting into Sunday . Most regular folks would probably call it big waves . I’ll be there .
  18. If I recall correctly MPM got crushed on that one and so did Pete . Steep cut off E of MPM
  19. Bob is low on rain totals but high on dew reports . * we adjust like with Revs winter accumulation forecasts

  21. I’ve been looking for a little while , I think the second home market might see some distressed sales pop up over the next 3-6 months so I’m patient One just hit the market (but it’s a tad over priced compared to what it’s worth and rental income ) but living in mass /nh i would need to renovate it for it to take part in the Bolton valley rental program (their renovated rooms are much nicer ) which takes care of check in / cleaning etc
