  1. and to be snowing this hard while it is 12° out. Super impressive
  2. As I sit here at the very beginning of this storm and I’m looking out at the first flakes falling. I started to think about the past week for this group. We started outside the path and moved in. We watched a weeks worth of models and we found our maps covered in 15+ inches of snow on it. This has been fun. What a time to be alive. Let’s bring this one home .
  3. Not sure if any noticed this uptick by NWS. 15” expected in AGC .
  4. FWIW - 00z HRRR hr 3 placed the warm nose at the 850 level around the middle of kentucky. Currently on the mesoanalysis, the 850 warm nose is sitting in southern kentucky and well below what was modeled by the HRRR. Not sure this matters in the long run, but an observation none the less. I'm also just looking for reasons to continue to stay 100% sure that I am cashing in on my 14" bet
  5. Sure. But I think what everyone is trying to say is that the icon is low res and relatively unreliable. We are still in a good spot here in AGC .
  6. I remember this one. I measured 10.3. My measurement is included in that report. That was also a fun one. .
  7. I’m pretty sure central Ohio is just now starting to record snow obs. Definitely dry out there .
  8. Old school method.. Love that you can see the path that the primary is going to take
  9. very curious to see the soundings tonight. I want to see if the warm air is less waa than what the models indicated earlier
  10. I checked their hourly graphic on this. Even thought the point and click says it, it is listed as “slight chance” on the hourly. .
  11. Very much in line with the NWS latest discussion that @Mailman posted. Good to see some support for that solution. .
  12. Just looked at NWS Little Rock's page. They forcasted for 2-4 in the metro. So a slight over performer than forecasted.
  13. took this off the central pa forum. This is positive yes? Not sure what it translates to here, but at least it is south and east
