    5.7" in Arlington. Beautiful with moderate snow ongoing at 28 degrees. HRRR says I should be able to reach 8"! Very happy, and I apologize to all the people I doubted.

    Temperature has gone up 0.4 in the past hour. I walk outside and hear 'drip, drip, drip'.

    Little bit discouraging that its snowing moderately with nice flakes at 29 and the snow off the sidewalk and road is still melting.

    Radar already looking better to the SW. Dendrites seem to have replaced pixie dust as the default dark blue/light green on radar snowflake type.

    Dendrites have finally arrived, but they'll leave quickly as the lull starts. Eyeballing about 2 inches, hoping to get 1 or 2 more tonight before temperatures get above freezing tomorrow.
