  1. 3 inches in 13 minutes is almost 14 an hour. I bet you’re right they would’ve Had 10 if they measured the hour of peak intensity on a board
  2. 40” depth with that fluff they had to have 4 feet+ maybe 50
  3. Yup I knew Vermont and Adk in New York absolutely crushed with 3-5 feet but I don’t think it made it over quite the same to NH and Maine like this has.
  4. Just saw Albany reports. No shot someone in Hopewell Junction had 25.5 that’s bs. 15-17 at most here with clearing. They must have Slant sticked a drift.
  5. Widespread reports of prolonged 6+ inch per hour snow in that band for 3-4 hours. That is Unheard of outside of lake effect
  6. Cool I’d be surprised if it ended up much better than 10-12 to 1. Snow growth was mediocre for awhile. The weenie band up north probably had 20+ to 1 ratios. NH, VT, and NY all with 40+ reports. I can’t remember a storm like that. March 2017 didn’t and I don’t think valentines 2007 did either. Relatively short duration storm as well. That could’ve been one of the all time great snow bands in a noreaster.
  7. Agreed. Any ideas what the liquid equivalent was? Started off real fluffy but very dense in the middle and a bit lighter on top with this mornings snow.
  8. 13” depth in driveway and 14”depth in the yard. I cleared 8.5-9” last night and there is 7.5 new. So around 15-16 is my estimate.
  9. Good storm here can’t complain. Eyeballing At least a foot out there easy. Missed out on Absolutely historic just to our north. Looks like widespread 2-3ft+ Max About 4ft near Binghamton.
  10. Beautiful night. dumping snow again but not as fluffy as that initial band was. I measured A 9” depth in the yard
  11. Can’t complain really enjoying the event so far. Ski areas are getting crushed right now. Epic start to the season for them. I tried buying tickets today for Friday and hunter/belleayre were sold out already. Ended up settling for Jiminy peak, looks like they’re gonna do ok lol.
  12. Yup Looks like some of the convective precipitation that was being modeled earlier to hit around this time.
  13. Wow a nice 6-7 inch an hour burst. If it snows another 12+ hours here I don’t see how I don’t blow well past a foot If things work out
  14. Wow incredible here. Very heavy snow and great growth. I just measured an average of 6.5 inches Already. Very light fluffy powder. Similar to the lake effect powder I saw in South bend Indiana in college. I don’t know what the ratios are but I would guess they are significantly above 10-1 as of now.
  15. Ulster, Greene and Columbia counties Have consistently been modeled as a jackpot zone I bet there’s a 30 spot in there tomorrow. Haven’t went outside yet to measure but definitely snowing heavily.
  16. Thanks. Great info. I’ll let you guys know how I do. Ill be on the western side of Lagrange tonight should be an awesome night.
  17. Question. HRRR seems all over the place run to run with the sleet line. Is it struggling with the dynamics of the storm a bit?
  18. Do You think 2feet is possible. Dutchess county NY. I border Litchfield county
