Really appreciate all of the Montgomery County reports folks. Also, seems like that little radar lull near Martinsburg, WV has closed up.

That event was a classic flash freeze. I still have the Google maps image saved somewhere showing the entire DC and Baltimore beltways just a solid red ring of frustration.

I've noticed that if you use the 0.5 degree Correlation Coefficient view, you can sometimes get a preview of what's crossing the mountains, especially in the winter when you're looking for new precip to blossom west of I-81.
