Yes. There's nothing worse than seeing zonal flow and Pacific puke for weeks on end as we enter December and you realize in the back of your head "well, there's always next year".
I think there might have been a temperature inversion last night. Noticed the valleys were colder than the hilltops by a good 10 - 15 degrees driving into work this morning.
I'm more optimistic about this winter than I was back in September. It looks like we can probably make some hay through the end of December. Probably one of those "near normal snowfall / slightly above normal temp" winters.
