    As recently as 2pm, CTP had rain moving out of here by 8am tomorrow. Now, it's to rain until 2pm Sunday...

    Down to 54 here now and steadily falling. Pressure down to 29.81 with .44" of rain so far.

    Leaving for OBX next Saturday...let's see if I can top the 10" of rain that I received last year on vacation down there. If anyone can get more than 10" of rain from one week at the beach...it'll be me.

    Winds have really picked up over the past hour here - my weather station isn't mounted high enough or open enough to properly record wind speed, but it's gusting pretty good.

    Interesting - the sun has been out here all morning until now - clouds are finally starting to move in. It was wall to wall sun until the past few minutes.

    .5" is my benchmark. Anything more than that would be great, less...I'll be disappointed. Last night I got that amount in 15 minutes.

    Hoping that Sunday and Monday turn out decent - Memorial Day weekend full of temps in the 50s is just awful.

    That hail producing storm in Columbia is the one that JUST missed us south early in the evening - I'm 4 miles N of Columbia and got nothing at all from that one.

    Final total for the day was .70". All but .05" came this evening.
