    Fair. I should have said, “solid, traditional quarterback.” Earlier in the year it appeared to me that the Ravens were trying to keep Jackson in the pocket more. And understandably so, to protect him. But he’s not an effective pocket quarterback. So, either you play to his strengthens and risk injury, or go with a solid, traditional quarterback and get him receiver help. And that was my reply to someone saying, “clean house.”

    I don't think it's that bad. They need to decide their identity. If you're going to have Lamar as your quarterback, then you have to use his strengths at the risk of injury. They backed off earlier in the year maybe to keep Lamar healthy, and they were not as effective. If you want a solid, NFL quarterback, McSorley could be your guy. But get him some receiver help. Just my 2 cents.

    I'm fermenting a Black and Cran Sour (blackberries and cranberries) right now that I can't wait to be done. Another dry hop on Wednesday and then keg in another week. Perfect for Christmas!

    My pod of four is heading to Falling Branch Farm Brewery Wednesday afternoon in northern Baltimore county. They’ve got a big outdoor area with heaters and a fire pit. And beer.
