  1. Bizarro winter, i once again like my location with this, even on the water.
  2. Measured multiple spots, but was hard with the drifts. May have been a bit more, but I feel comfortable saying we got 28 here in Gloucester.
  3. Still ripping in Gloucester, have to be close to 30.
  4. Madness, I could go on a Bill Walton esque diatribe about how cool today has been.
  5. Incredibly heavy snow right now, and it’s adding up QUICKLY.
  6. Just incredible in cape Ann, this will probably go down as my favorite storm. I’d take another picture of my deck, but the snow has taken it.
  7. Another vicious band about to drop on my head, or merge with the big one. This is bonkers.
  8. I’m in disbelief, just nonstop since 7 or 8 AM, with a lot more that’s going to fall.
  9. More deck picture. At this point I’d be surprised if Gloucester/Rockport didn’t hit 30 inches. Just consistently puking 2+ inch an hour stuff since 7/8 AM. I’d guess we are probably over 20 at this point.
  10. I think 30 Inches is on the table here, which seems surreal.
  11. I am in disbelief watching outside right now. It’s so awesome, that us having lost power isn’t even overtly bothering me.
  12. I’m not able to measure too many spots with all the blowing, but my table is staying intact, somehow. I’d guess we are around 16-18 inches, but extremely unofficially lol.
  13. I’ve never seen consistently heavy snow like this in my 8 years in Gloucester, it’s usually not the best spot for these lol. BOX just said it, but we’ve been living in the heavy bands for hours. So cool to watch, 2013 in Lynn is the last time I’ve seen anything like this. I’d guess we probably have 15+ at this point.
  14. I’d have to think the 24+ is definitely on the table for the cape Ann group on here. Have been on the north edge of pretty much every heavy band. @NorEastermass128 @MuddyWx
  15. Starting to seriously add up in cape Ann, I would guess around a foot?
  16. Surreal to see this as my forecast from BOX. Today Snow. The snow could be heavy at times. Areas of blowing snow after noon. High near 25. Windy, with a north wind 32 to 38 mph, with gusts as high as 65 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Total daytime snow accumulation of 21 to 27 inches possible. Tonight Snow likely, mainly before 11pm. The snow could be heavy at times. Areas of blowing snow. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 11. Wind chill values as low as -8. Windy, with a northwest wind 22 to 29 mph, with gusts as high as 47 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of 3 to 5 inches possible.
  17. Easily, I’d guess 3 an hour stuff right now. Probably really similar to the south shore, in this area.
  18. When we were on here melting, I couldn’t picture this.
  19. It is insane in Gloucester right now. Easily 2+ an hour stuff, and the wind is ridiculous.
