    One thing about this much maritime pacific air for this long in winter - so much fog. We now do fog as well as wind. 49 degrees and fog as I head out for morning dog walk in northern baltimire county.

    my wild guess is the precip will end up verifying up this way (and over to annapolis) - been about six hours of really heavy rainfall.

    Had a pretty harrowing drive down to Annapolis for a family commitment between 5:00 and 6:30 - absolute deluge and traffic on 695 and 97 was a bad combo.

    In case anyone was ever curious what a typical winter looks like in memphis, Tennessee - last year and so far this one has been dead on for what it was like living in memphis from 1998 - 2009.

Or may one of us hit the lottery so that person can charter a plane and fly about 50 of us to the path of the next snowstorm wherever it might be. and a second plane for about five posters to meet us there.
