  1. Four inches Sunday - ended at 5:00. Nothing yesterday other than flurries and freezing drizzle and five minutes of snow at 4:25 pm. Picked up an inch in the pre-dawn hours this AM. At 6:30 am, it turned back off. It hasn't turned back on. Just hilarious and frustrating to see two days of obs from Bel Air, and Jarretsville, and Reiserstown, and down your way, and into DC etc, but to have the bubble of nada over Baltimore that refuses to fill in. It has almost literally been all around but not in the city.
  2. It was mostly joking, dude. It has been three days of missing snow. And NO SNOW is still an obs, right?
  3. The refusal to snow in Balt City keeps going and going. Been partly cloudy all day.
  4. It's impressive, our ability to shoo snow away. Worst protective bubble ever.
  5. He has to be. I am so tired of revisionist history around here. The Euro locked onto the possibility of a long duration east coast storm of significance around last Tuesday, six days before the storm. The GFS was stubborn in NOT supporting a storm until the later on Thursday runs. People (ahem, at least a red tagger anyway) point to the max being to our north as some evidence that the Euro is shit, rather than focusing on the Euro having been early and correct about the period of storminess and the potential impact somewhere on the east coast. All of which is to say, the Euro being stubborn in seeing a storm for the east coast at these leads for the weekend is the camp I would rather be in, than in the GFS camp...
  6. That word doesn't mean what you think it does apparently...
  7. I, for one, am grateful for Wiggum's warning to be careful. Might have hurt myself otherwise.
  8. Not really in Balt City area. Five inches in and around the city - plus or minus one depending on if you are in Dundalk or up in Pikesville. I am a 5.1 for three days of event.
  9. Just a friendly reminder to everyone... careful.
  10. 12/16-17: 3.8" 1/26: .2" 1/31 - 2/2: 5.1" (4 inches day 1, remainder over next two days of the event) Season total 9.1"
  11. Lol, a butterfly sneezes and that parking lot is at risk for flooding.
  12. No. Dried up. It was like five minutes and then turned off. 4:25 pm - 4:30 pm rocked though. I didn't really harp on it because didn't want to take away from those who were enjoying a hit.
  13. I lucked into an inch overnight up in the Mt.Washington/ Roland Park area but, yeah, we definitely found a way to miss a lot of the bands. Maybe the next one will catch us.
  14. That’s even worse. Sorry to hear. The banding in Miller B storms is so cruel.
  15. I have to give this storm some props - this streamer is catching many of us who got subsidence helled yesterday. Nice of it to spread the wealth a little.
  16. One inch here since I went to be at 11 last night - gets me to 5.1” storm total. Even if this current band is only clipping me, that was a fun inch to pickup - gets the total event over five inches here. Agreed, helluva winter scene.
