Wiz(Paul), 2019 I had to put my first dog down, my wife could not be in that room. I remember it like it was yesterday, I was crushed, for a very long time, and still think of that dog almost every day. Yes above average! city "average" 55-60", some say 50-55, I spoke with a retiree from our water dept who use to do measuring for many many year always said 55-60".

Chris, Dec. 2nd. was 6",Jan. 19th was 5.75", Jan. 25 was 20.5" and Feb. 23rd was 6" rest of storms, 1.5" or lower, 3.5" etc etc.
