That’s fine by me for October. Let the pattern flip in November to a persistent trough in the east. A little above normal in October is still usually pleasant. It prolongs open window season which helps the electric bill!

Question…how many Cowboys fans around here have any actual connection to Texas? Every time that I see someone around here in Cowboys gear, I always want to ask them “when did you move here from Texas?” or “do you visit your family in Dallas often?”

Dallas gets more help from the refs than any other team in the league. Dallas has not won anything in 25 years…no debating that fact. The Cowboys are on their way to 9 wins and a first round playoff exit if all goes well! Soon it will be 26 years and counting for the Dallas.

Lol, The Eagles also won NFL Championships in 1948, 1949 & 1960. I just can’t stand delusional band wagon Cowboys fans that think their team is still great.

The Braves-Padres game on Saturday night was super frustrating. The Padres bullpen and defense coughed the game up twice.

I don’t think any question is ever “dangerous”. Questions are how we learn and we make progress. No one knows all of the answers in regard to the future. This planet has obviously been around for a very long time, and will be here well beyond how ever many years that our lives will last. No one should write anything off, but no one has all of the answers either.

Yes, there is no denying that the planet has been in a warm period in recent decades. The question is will it continue? Will it cycle back to normal or below at some point in future decades? Time will tell the story eventually.

By “dry”, I just meant a period of below normal precip, not completely devoid of precip!

It’s time for a dry period. We have had more than enough rain in September. My ideal plan is to have a nice dry period with normal temperatures from October to mid November. Then, once we get to mid November, bring the above normal precip back along with below normal temperatures. At that point, let the CTP snow tracking get underway!
