As the air becomes
very warm during the midday and afternoon hours, expect
scattered strong to severe thunderstorms to develop across the
southeast half of the state, along and ahead of the front.
Clearing skies, dry weather and lower humidity will move into
the northern and western part of the state during the mid to
late afternoon hours.
The rest of the holiday, including the Fourth of July will be
pleasantly warm with comfortable humidity as high pressure
builds over the region.
