Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 916 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall of 1 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...   7. My Drought has been busted in Marysville during this last hour of heavy rain with thunder & lightning! 1.17 of rain since around 8 pm tonight!
  8. Good news is that there is plenty of precip behind this initial batch of rain.

  10. It could be the best event for me since June 16th when I had near 2 inches of rain.
  11. Radar looks juiced back in OH, IN & IL. Hopefully these beneficial rains keep moving in our direction tonight & tomorrow.

New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. Monday Night Showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 7pm, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 7pm and 2am. Low around 70. Southwest wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
  15. Yes, it really looked like we were going to get into the good rain, but areas just slightly further away from the Harrisburg area really cashed in today.
  16. You did better than I did in Marysville… I’m on the board with .05 of rain today! At least the garden got a small drink.
  17. It looks like a decent chance of showers later today & tomorrow pm. I need to get on the board. My yard is drying up. No mowing needed for me this weekend.
  18. We are due for a great snow season! We had some “”good” snow years between 2014 & 2019, along with 20-21 being a bit above average for the Harrisburg area. Our last “great” year with well above normal snow was 2010. Again, we are due!
  19. CTP gives me a 20% chance today. It would be fitting if today is the day that I cash in with such a low chance! Today A slight chance of showers after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Calm wind becoming northwest around 6 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 20%.
  20. 0.00 for Marysville yet again yesterday. The good stuff was just to my south this time.
