My Drought has been busted in Marysville during this last hour of heavy rain with thunder & lightning! 1.17 of rain since around 8 pm tonight!

Good news is that there is plenty of precip behind this initial batch of rain.

My dew point is 71 currently…tropical conditions in Marysville.

The humidity today is not so nice.

It could be the best event for me since June 16th when I had near 2 inches of rain.

Radar looks juiced back in OH, IN & IL. Hopefully these beneficial rains keep moving in our direction tonight & tomorrow.

Yes, it really looked like we were going to get into the good rain, but areas just slightly further away from the Harrisburg area really cashed in today.

It looks like a decent chance of showers later today & tomorrow pm. I need to get on the board. My yard is drying up. No mowing needed for me this weekend.

We are due for a great snow season! We had some “”good” snow years between 2014 & 2019, along with 20-21 being a bit above average for the Harrisburg area. Our last “great” year with well above normal snow was 2010. Again, we are due!

CTP gives me a 20% chance today. It would be fitting if today is the day that I cash in with such a low chance! Today A slight chance of showers after 2pm. Mostly sunny, with a high near 82. Calm wind becoming northwest around 6 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

0.00 for Marysville yet again yesterday. The good stuff was just to my south this time.
