Of course! Agreed. But it ain’t over yet. And if Tuesday works out…we might be close to exactly where we should be. Again…welcome to the 80’s…where nothing ever worked out 98% of the time. It sucked, and we are right back there again. 1-3, and 2-4 was the norm. 3-6 was big. And 4-8 was a rare and real treat.
So really…you don’t have much to complain about. And this is my point…If we get 2-3 inches on Tuesday…we are pretty much close to normal, after all the excessive hand wringing.
Ya maybe, but honestly I don’t think the cold has been off…it’s been below freezing a lot of the time…even during the day, we just couldn’t get a storm in here. Let’s ask VA, DC and DE and NC how it’s been? Just bad tracks pretty much.
Honestly, the AI did ok last week with the general idea. It seems almost the same this week with this one too. Sure it’s still a crap shoot, but the machines did ok last week in the end…I mean it did snow.
It’s not about if you were wrong on that point…it’s the constant and incessant negativity CONSTANTLY.
We’ve had some decent runs, on different models…and you are nowhere to be found. But as soon as something remotely negative comes up…you’re Usain Bolt to jump on it. But whatever.
Social media killed a lot of stuff…meteorology is just one aspect, unfortunately It’s a cancer. There are a couple(a select few) who aren’t too bad. But the hype is f’n silly. But that’s what the general public want…they know no better, so it’s what grabs them. Hopefully Ryan can find a niche by being up front and honest as he’s trying to do.
Ya, see those didn’t do that much here, no power loss. The 12/23/22 that was the warm rain(blizzard in Buffalo), then temps crashed. But again, no power loss. But I get it…out east it was different.
