That was my point this morning…this is gonna go through all the morphing. There are things(lil vorts) starting to show up that weren’t there earlier too…so this has a ways to go before we see any consensus. But it’s still not in a bad spot for us at day 6+. Should be fun going forward over the next few days at least.

I do understand that point. But those two are just sub par. If the big two come back..and show continuity a couple days from now, those two will eventually come on board toward the end. And if they didn’t, I don’t think it would matter much. But it’s all good. let’s hope we get a snow event.

Bud, the only point is those models are not what you want to show anything. If the two big boys converge in on a solution..it won’t matter if, or when they come on board. I mean I wouldn’t doubt that if the big boys say no go, those two models will show the opposite when that happens.

A couple ways to get it done(if not the huge event) get snow into the region. Not a bad place to be at this point. A couple avenues to get something, isn’t all bad.

And that is very possible…we’ve seen it happen many times before. Doesn’t mean it will this time of course, but that’s plausible at this juncture. Gotta just wait and see.

Im prepared for the Euro to lose it coming up..so anything other than that will be a plus at this stage.

Well we’ll be on the look out come Tuesday then if that’s what you guys think. I wasn’t thinking anything like the last 48 hrs..nothing like that. Just figured Wednesday in my mind…but Tuesday is even better to know if she phases or not. Then we can shit can it, or be elated.

I’m gonna be honest…I don’t think with the modeling being so sensitive now, there will ever be a slam dunk at a week out in time, on a phased(more complicated)set up like this ever. Need to be closer in to see the players and how they are interacting, and that doesn’t happen until much closer in. Just my opinion. Euro probably gonna lose it too if I had to place a bet at this stage of where we are.

That might even be a little early…I was thinking more Wednesday imo. And there have been a lot more than just Boxing Day that got lost…I listed the ones I remember a few pages back. But as we know every set up is different. But losing the storm is no surprise.

Sure..I agree, but it’s hardly over if it is. And even day 4 isn’t a slam duck in something like this imo. It’s gonna waffle for sure..I wasn’t expecting these big solutions to be there for a week either. I was expecting this part.

I don’t feel anybody has been posting desperately here at all. Just discussing. A big hit is always the exception, but the potential is there…so we track and discuss.

You’re probably gonna jump then…cuz I have a feeling we are in that in between phase now…so it probably won’t look good now for a while. Just gotta hope when things get better sampled later this week, things improve again.

Well we had the 12z GFS and Euro yesterday. We had the 18z GFS yesterday. We had the 0z Euro early this morning. We had the 6z GFS this morning..all show big hits. So that’s 5 hits in the last 24 hrs…if we’re counting.

After the 0z of the GFS run last night…the GEFS was improved from the Op run. That was a decent sign. So if it’s better than that, and more like 6z, that’s not a bad place at this juncture. I mean we are still a ways out(not fantasy land) so this isn’t gonna hold the great look for too long either at this range.

Go back to my post a few pages back…I named probably 5 big ones that faded out, and then came back closing in on go time. It seems to happen more often than not. Doesn’t guarantee anything obviously, but you almost expect this when we follow at these leads.

I Said this earlier…does this almost every time we have a potential big solution. This is going to waffle for a while unfortunately. We know the game. It’s already been brought back to life once ironically.

I have no idea what’s wrong with that guy(Tiger Torch)? I said to Ice last evening, let’s just take one system at a time. I don’t see how that is some kind of wishcasting. I blocked that guy a year ago…he’s messed up.

Or “irony” as I like to say. I noticed that as a teenager back in the 80’s. But certainly agree.
