It did well in 2016…when all the other modeling had the mid Atlantic blizzard staying south, it was the first to show it getting snow up in here. It was right on that. It scores a coup every now and then.

Ya I don’t get some folks? Guy brings great info and insight, and peeps making fun of that? SAD. The pattern is as good as it gets. But It doesn’t guarantee a snowstorm in your back yard. But it does make it much easier when the pattern looks good. Nuances can be a bitch. But I’ll take what’s coming up any F’n Day. Let the trolls troll.

Rays off the rails lol. One Euro OP run, and winter 22-23 is toast. The pattern is Incredibly ripe. We just had 3-5”+ last night, and more chances coming. I like where we stand.

Lol… that high pressure north of Maine is real, and so is the -NAO. It’s going to exert its presence imo. Will it be enough for everyone? I think at the moment, if you’re WOR and off the immediate coast, you’re in the game at least. Let’s see how the rest of 12z goes.

@The 4 Seasons we finished with 3.5”here in Southington. Was hoping for 4”, but fell a tad short. But no complaints at all. Be nice to get a decent slug Friday here WOR to really lock in some snowcover.

Ya…I don’t think the Hudson runners are happening…I think we are on the correction vector, and it’s south and east. West looks best for sure with regard to Friday, but we have quite a bit of time. If this looked stellar today/Monday, I’d be a lil uneasy too with the time remaining. Block is formidable..let’s see how strong and influential it, and the 50/50 can be here in this situation. Still a bunch of time left for this to trend. One more decent tick and it’s a solid event for WOR folks…way out east it will take a lil more, but it’s still not out of the question 4-5 days out.

Nice Scott. Nice to see a lot of folks getting in on snow. Between 3 and 4” here..if we can pick up another burst or two, we may make 4”.
