    I had a gut feeling this wasn’t gonna be suppressed either…they always seem to creep up more than modeling suggests most times. So whether it’s .5” or 3” it’s still a wet Saturday and possibly Sunday. Sucks for those hoping for dry.

    Ya was just gonna say that…a lot were trying to wish it away…I was one, but it’s been there in varying degrees pretty much the whole time. Meh or not..wet is wet.

    Lol…but then that means it rains for longer lol…sucks either way. And it’s from today through Monday…we know it’s not raining today and tomorrow…so that’s the weekend rain no matter which way you slice it. Ironically it’s Colder here(47) than in N. Maine at the moment.

    Ya that’s cool Kev. Maybe you’ll be right on that? My hope is that if it’s gonna be a drizzle light rain type of crap…then let’s flush it south. If it’s gonna ruin the weekend…then let’s get into the big stuff.

    Saturday and Sunday perhaps…but I don’t think it goes beyond that if we get it this weekend. Next week is looking quite autumnal at the moment.

    Hopefully it keeps trending…cuz as we said a half inch, or 3 inches isn’t gonna make a difference with regard to a wet day.

    Ok then, I stand corrected. Thanks Steve. Maybe Saturday is toast then…was trying to keep the possibility of Saturday being dry alive. But that certainly isn’t dry in that Euro 6z run. If the 12z comes in anything like that, I think we can see where this is going.

    Let’s see what the old big boy(old being the operative word there) says in an hour? It was the driest with the system going out to sea. Let’s see if it comes west at all?

    That’s exactly my point…it would still suck, but be just a run of the mill crap show. I agree 100%…if it’s gonna be lousy, then let’s do it right.

    That’s still a half inch plus for a lot of the area though. Let’s hope it trends a lil more south next run. Or it’s still a Rainey Saturday…just not huge amounts.

    Isn’t that kind of the norm now? I mean 3-5 yrs ago, we’d know pretty much know what to expect from this at 72 hrs. Now it’s pretty much like every system has to be 12 hrs out to have any confidence anymore…it’s frustrating.
