Not turning on anybody…I apologize if that’s how it came across. And I’m not angry…I just don’t have any time or worry for any of that stuff. It’s happened before, and before we were all around. And It’ll happen again. There is nothing to fear imo. Not saying things haven’t warmed some, but imo it’ll cycle back again as well. It’s all cyclical. Hey…it’s something to track. Ya, we know how these have gone the last two years, so very low confidence for sure. And these models have been all over the place, as you’d expect at 7-8 days out, but something is there…

Let’s hope we can say in about 6 weeks or so, that we’ve picked up a few decent snow events to salvage what is a currently horrible season for a good chunk of us.

Hey, if we end up at the end of March, with what we/I had last year, I’ll gladly concede that it felt different, but it ended up the same. No worries, and no problem admitting so. But it ain’t close to over yet.

Notice I said “pure”. Of course it can be warm. But we’ve had plenty cool too(especially early month). The only point is it can/and does many times take a long while to truly(sustainably) warm up around here in the spring.

June was never a pure summer month since I’ve been alive (55 yrs old) here in SNE.

What sucks up here in SNE, is that even when the snow threats disappear by the end of March(for the most part), we still have like a good 6 weeks(sometimes more) of mostly crap weather here. Oh sure, we’ll get a few days of 65-75 here and there, but it never lasts long(except spring of 12), then we’re back to destructive sunshine and 45-53 degrees, with showers and damp and cold, with BD’s killing us. So I get the sentiment of if it’s not going to snow…then let’s just look for nicer weather and end winter now. But even if that happened, we’re not heading into a particularly nice stretch of weather for our area of the country, when winter does end. So wishing it over, and looking for sustainable nice mild weather is far away for us here in early February.

Sustained warmth. It sucked for weeks after that. And that high was still 9 weeks from now anyway.
