    Wind fail for sure. But…No foliage fail here. Actually foliage triumphant now. Looking dam good in that department. The cool down is coming…just have to be patient.

    Ya…99% of the time you take the under on any wind in SNE…that’s a given. Yet some folks always fall for the pretty big numbers on the modeling. Im actually glad the wind didn’t materialize…keep the leaves up a little bit longer, especially since they are looking nice the last week or so.

    It’s not just the red maples…there’s good color. Not spectacular…but good. Much better than what it looked to be 2-4 wks ago. Point is, it wasn’t gonna be rushed. The cool down won’t be either.

    Kind of like the foliage Kev…it looks very nice here now…the colors just took a little longer this fall. We sold off the foliage too quickly…I believe you’re doing the same here. The cool will come, let’s enjoy the nice weather this week. The November cool down is coming.

    Yes…was saying this same thing yesterday…it’s rallied quite nicely. Nature didn’t disappoint all too much after all. Looks pretty decent here…getting better each day. The wind could do it in tomorrow though?

    He missed it by a couple days in 2020 too…when it snowed on Friday the 30th of October.

    Is it just me, but that reads “latest forecast suggests a winter Modoki index”, then it says “neither strongly east based, NOR Modoki like.” ??? Huh? So which is it? The above contradicts itself. Hard to figure out what it’s trying to convey?
